Getting Started
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. In-home measurements and written estimates are always free. Most customers start by visiting our Beaverton showroom to see options in person and get ballpark pricing. Then we schedule a time to measure your space, and you'll receive an exact written quote by email after your appointment.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
No appointment is needed Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Saturdays are by appointment. Just stop in, or call (503) 641-1901 if you'd like to set up a time.
Where are you located, and what areas do you serve?
Our showroom is at 6710 SW 111th Ave, Beaverton, OR 97008, just off Highway 217 at the Denney Road exit. We install throughout Beaverton, Portland, Tigard, Lake Oswego, Sherwood and the greater Portland area.
Can I buy flooring or window coverings online?
We don't sell online. Flooring and window coverings are best chosen in person, where you can see true colors, feel textures and take samples home to see them in your own lighting. Our team will walk you through options that fit your home and budget.
Are your salespeople on commission?
No. Our team isn't paid on commission, so we can simply recommend what's right for your home, even when that's the less expensive option. You'll never feel rushed or pressured here.
Who owns Koeber's Interiors?
Koeber's is a family owned business founded in Beaverton in 1963 by George and Jaci Koeber and now run by the third generation of the family. We're proud to be a certified woman owned business.
Products
What types of flooring do you carry?
Carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl plank and tile (LVP and LVT), laminate, Marmoleum and sheet vinyl. For businesses we also carry commercial carpet and carpet tile, VCT, luxury vinyl and walk-off mats. Brands include Shaw, Tuftex, Masland, Stanton, Antrim, Mirage and Fabrica.
What's the best carpet for pets and kids?
For busy homes we usually recommend nylon carpet, especially solution dyed nylon, which holds up well to traffic and resists stains. Wool is a beautiful natural option that wears well for years. Come see both in our showroom and we'll help you match the right carpet and pad to your household.
What's the difference between luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and laminate?
Luxury vinyl plank is a plastic based product that's a popular choice for kitchens, bathrooms and basements because it handles water well. Laminate is a wood based product that's very durable, scratch resistant and can be installed almost anywhere in your home. We carry both and can help you decide which fits each room.
Do you sell window coverings?
Yes. We offer blinds, shades and shutters, including Hunter Douglas honeycomb shades and motorized PowerView shades. We measure your windows and install everything for you.
Can you make a custom area rug or stair runner?
Yes. Any carpet we carry can be made into a custom area rug or runner in our own rug workroom, with binding, serging or hand sewn edges. We also keep grab and go rugs in stock in 2x3, 4x6 and 5x7 sizes.
Installation
Who installs my flooring?
Every install is handled by our own installers or long time crews we schedule, manage and stand behind. There's no need to find or coordinate your own installer, and you'll have one number to call if you ever need us.
Do your installers move furniture?
Yes. Most of the homes we work in are lived in, with beds, sofas and everything else in place, so moving furniture is something our crews do every day, and they handle your furniture with care. We ask that you move knick knacks, breakables, electronics and other small items before your install day.
Can you remove and haul away my old flooring?
Yes, we can take care of removing your old flooring. Anything your project needs will be spelled out clearly in your written quote, so there are no surprises.
How soon can my flooring be installed?
It depends on the product you choose and our install schedule, and we'll give you a timeline when you order. If you're on a tight deadline, ask about our in-stock options.
How long does installation take?
Many carpet installs in a typical home are finished in a single day. Larger projects and hard surface floors can take longer, and we'll let you know what to expect at your measurement appointment.
Do you warranty your installation?
Yes. We stand behind our installation, and the warranty details for your project will be covered with your quote.
Pricing and Payment
Does carpet pricing include pad and installation?
Yes. Your total project price includes the carpet, quality cushion and professional installation, so you know what you're paying up front.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit places your order, which you can pay in store or over the phone. The balance is due when your installation is complete, and our installers can take payment by check or card.

Special Projects
I'm selling my home or turning over a rental. Can you replace carpet quickly?
Yes. We work with realtors, home sellers and rental owners all the time, and we keep carpet in stock in our warehouse for resale and rental projects with tight timelines. See our Resale and Rentals page for more.
Do you do commercial flooring?
